BOARD PRESIDENT
Moira Spivey
I graduated from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island with a degree in Social Work. Following my career as a medical social worker I became an owner of a community care home in Manchester Village, Vermont, specializing in elder care. I later worked as a social service resource provider in various medical practices. I have many strong connections to the Northshire communities. I am the president of the Northshire Rescue Squad and am a sales agent affiliated with Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty based out of the Manchester office. I'm a heartfelt advocate for those seeking recovery.
BOARD VICE PRESIDENT
Frederick C. Bragdon, JD
I have been an attorney since 1984. My entire career has been in public defense. The first 12 years in Miami (Dade County), Florida and then in Bennington, Vermont since 1997. I have been the supervising attorney for almost 20 years at the Bennington Public Defender office. My interest in being a board member comes from both my work and family background.

Patricia N. Johnson M.S., R.N.
I hold two positions at the Southwestern Vermont Health Center: one as an Emergency Department Nurse and the other as a Blueprint Spoke Nurse supporting those with Substance Use Disorders. I was recently appointed to serve as a member of the Vermont Health Equity Advisory Commission and am on the board of directors of ACT. I hold an associate degree in nursing from Vermont Technical College, a bachelor’s in criminal justice from Southern Vermont College, and a master’s in leadership management from Springfield College.

Frank Cody, CPA
Frank J. Cody is a certified public accountant and shareholder of Love, Cody & Company, CPAs. He is the director of Tax Services for the firm. His professional experience includes taxation and accounting for individuals, estates, trusts, and businesses. Previously, he was associated with CPA firms and a real estate management company in Denver, Colorado.
Frank is a certified public accountant licensed in Vermont. Frank holds a Master of Taxation from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Joseph's College of Maine. Frank has served as an adjunct faculty member teaching accounting and taxation courses at Southern Vermont College. Frank is a member of the Vermont Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
He is an active member and past president of the Bennington Catamount Rotary Club.

Jennifer Davis
Jennifer Davis, MD, FAAP, DipABLM is a triple board-certified physician specializing in pediatrics, pediatric critical care, and lifestyle medicine, with additional training in plant-based nutrition and culinary health coaching.
She is the founder and CEO of Healthy Living with Dr. Jenn LLC and creator of the Joyful Medicine Method — built on the belief that food is medicine, joy is healing, and that disease reversal is possible. Dr. Davis practices pediatric urgent care and runs a telehealth practice dedicated to metabolic health and disease reversal.
She leads a monthly Walk with a Doc program and believes that lasting health is not an individual pursuit — it emerges from an ecosystem of body, home, and community, each one creating the conditions for the others to thrive.

Rep. William "Will" Greer
William "Will" Greer was born in Nacogdoches, Texas, on January 15, 2003. He resides in North Bennington with his closest friend, Jane, and their adorned feline, Bazil.
Greer earned his B.A. from Bennington College in 2024, concentrating in Public Administration and Local Governance. Greer dedicated his thesis to studying rural policy in Vermont. Additionally, he has worked in the family’s insurance business and as a drug prevention organizer. Currently, Greer serves as a Justice of the Peace in the Town of Bennington (2023–Present) and High Bailiff of Bennington County (2025–Present). Formerly, he served as Vice Chair of the Community Policing Advisory Review Board in the Town of Bennington (2022–2024).
Will was elected in 2025 and is the youngest member of the Vermont General Assembly. He currently represents the Bennington-2 District and serves on the House Committee on Corrections and Institutions.
Greer has received several awards for his community work: Southern Vermont Emerging Leader Award (2024), the Vermont Democratic Party’s Leahy Award (2024), Congressional Recognition of Invaluable Service from Rep. Gonzalez (D-TX) (2021), among other literature and civic honors.
Greer is a devout Episcopalian and is a member of St. Peter’s Church in Bennington. He enjoys ice skating and writing letters to his family and friends around the world.

Dr. John Hearst
Dr. John Hearst has lived in Bennington since 1988, practicing family medicine until he retired in 2023. Since 2000 he has also been studying and practicing energy medicine in a hands on healing form, and continues to see patients using those techniques working out of his home. Dr. John Hearst has volunteered at Turning Point using energy medicine since April of 2025, and also still volunteers at the Bennington Free Clinic. Three grown children and three grandchildren continue to amaze me.

Rev. Jeremy Means-Koss
The Rev. Jeremy Means-Koss is the Priest-in-Charge for St. James and St. Peter’s Episcopal Churches in Arlington and Bennington, Vermont, respectively. Along with academic theological specialties in change management, church innovation, liturgics and sacramental theology, Fr. Jeremy also has a professional background in Student Affairs/Higher Education.
Having had transformational experiences in the charismatic and liturgical branches of the wider church, as well as the Ignatian and Taoist traditions of spiritual formation, Fr. Jeremy has a passion for spirit-led and immersive worship and deep spiritual formation.
In his personal life, Fr. Jeremy enjoys crochet, gospel music, electronic dance music, Harry Potter, Star Trek, and all things Quebec. With his husband Brendan and their dog Charlie, Fr. Jeremy lives in Arlington at the St. James’ rectory.

Senator Robert Plunkett
Robert Plunkett has served as a longtime Deputy State's Attorney in Bennington, building a career grounded in public service. Rob serves on the board of the Bennington Rescue Squad, previously co-chaired the Bennington Charter Review Committee, and is a former member of the Mount Anthony Union School Board. Rob grew up in Bennington and graduated from Mount Anthony Union High School before going on to earn degrees from Amherst College and Brooklyn Law School. He currently resides in Bennington with his two children and their tiny dog.
Rob was elected to the Vermont Senate representing the Bennington District in 2025. He currently serves on the Senate Committee on Agriculture and the Senate Committee on Institutions, where he is Vice Chair. He also serves on the Canvassing Committee, Joint Information Technology Oversight Committee, where he is Chair, Joint Legislative Justice Oversight Committee, and Legislative Committee on Administrative Rules (LCAR).

Amy Wood
Amy is a seasoned higher education development professional with over two decades of expertise across donor intelligence and fundraising operations. She works in prospect management and research at Williams College, where she harnesses data-driven strategy to cultivate robust donor pipelines and drive institutional growth.
Before Williams, Amy spent nearly 20 years at Bennington College in expanding roles across major giving and development operations. She currently serves on the Wellbeing, Experience, Recognition, and Community (WERC) committee at Williams, having previously served on the Wellness Committee at Bennington College and the Advisory Committee at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center.
